  19.   This may be slightly off topic, but I am looking to get a PAR type device for
  20. a PC and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the differences are between
  21. the PAR, PVR, and Perception cards are. I would like to know the difference in
  22. hardware, software and if any of them will run under Windows 95. Thanks!
